speedy sleeve vs repair the yoke

in many cases it is cheaper here to repair things if you can than to buy them new

and whole little industries have sprung up that do this sort of thing

now that i have some axles i am going to take them to a shop to see if he can make some stronger ones splined on both ends

as far as i can tell by looking at the front reppa axles which are thicker than the rears
by about an eighth of an inch so maybe increasing the girth by an eigth of inch and better metal would be enuff----lol
