I have one on my W200 and I have relays for several items on the rig also. No loss of current. I wanted to be able to shut off power if I left it in back woods for a number of days with no other backup. We have done this in the past and I always worried the battery could end up dead or somehow something shorts and burn it up. Probably doesn't help that I was a career FF and saw a few things like that happen over the years. Mine is outside the cab.
