Well I eventually got a "new" fuel pump from a certain someone that did the rebuild on my motor and such. Which made me ask, if there was nothing wrong with mine, why did I get a 'new" one??
Anyway, since I installed the "new" one, its had a slight leak from the diaphragm. Well today I decided to finally tackle it.
Started with the obvious, went around and made sure all the screws holding the halves together were tight. Get to the last one, and not only is it loose, ITS STRIPPED!! So much for being a "new" pump.
Gonna see if NAPA has any in stock, if not, Vaughn, the electric is goin on! Too many problems with the mechanicals already and Im not even drivin it every day!
