The pump that is more centered is the one that sticks out 2" further than the other one. I had a '54 PW with the 230 and high pump and the radiator was mounted to the inside of the support frame. This is totally different to the export M601 which has a much bigger radiator and much heavier support frame with the rad bolted so it fits inside the frame. There's almost enough room for the grille to mount normally - misses by about 1/8" - but then there's no room for the grille to move if you hit something. I also have the '46 DD4-35 Dodge 237 engine with the high mount pump and if you measure from the head to the front of the pump it's 2" (or very close) shorter then the 251 in the M601. So I figure if you used the short pump with the M front clip and used a smaller diameter fan blade, you could move the rad closer and do away with the grille supports. As to which pump the Oz PW uses, I can only say it looks like the normal high mount pump, and if memory serves the radiator is mounted within the support frame.
