265 swap

i got a good deal on a 53 1.5 ton with 265 ,trans and pto.my 55 pw's 230 needs to be rebuilt,after seaching the archives i found i must reverse the front engine plate,change openings on the rad,change to wm style bumper extensions.do i have to get the wm stlye nose to finish the swap. i never seen A late wm up close to tell the diferrence
