The frame is the foundation for everything. A swelled frame (swelling between inner and outer) so a show stopper for me. difficult to repair. After you have poured thousands in her and want to sell it, the repaired/welded frame will be a price killer. Thats my 2 cents, I am sure you will get more opinions. Think and act prudently
