Donald Coglizer was one of the Greatest Generation born in 1910 and graduated from high school in 1927. He was given a job with the P.A Department of transportation as a civil engineer out of high school because of his high math scores. He worked with them till WW2 and was on many hi way building projects around us.He left there in 1940 to work in a defence plant just built he told me a General was coming to inspect a B-29 bomber wing that this plant was to produce and it was wrinked he found some dry ice and rubbed the skin of the wing and it was tight and the General was happy with it to have them start production, after the war he stayed and the plant became the Murry plant building stove, refrigerators, and Mack truck doors he was a high official in the plant and had his own parking spot, he was one of the most intelligent man I had the pleasure to meet a very humble christian man with only a high school education they must have doing some thing right back in 1927 we should look back and see how students like Don were taught and raised and copy it.
