Amen Clint. I get so tired of the title thing. It's always a red red when someone has to tell you their credentials when you first meet. I'm more of a show me what you know than tell me. Common sense gets lost in the learning process it seems.

I give you an example. My brother is an electrical engineer and was head of a group. They were working with larger electrical motors(around 40 = 50 HP. One of the other groups were testing smaller motors for problems. A group of them were setting up a test and my brother happened top walk by.

Quickly he asked what they were planning as one newbie had a torque wrench attached to the end of the shaft and was holding it. They said they were ready to see the start up torque of the motor to see if up to spec.

Someone could have been killed there but stuff like that can happen anywhere. NEVER underestimate the non knowledge of someone, no matter who or what piece of paper they have.
