Driveline angle question.

Wanted to run a driveline question by the forum. I've finally finished building mounts for my 6BT NV4500 to 41 WC chassis combo. Due to the excessive driveline length I am wanting to use a single u-joint to connect the trans slipyoke to the transfer case input. Engine and trans mounted 3 degree angle to the rear. Transfer case planned to mount at 0 degree in relation to the frame. Does anyone think this will be an issue?
