I think it looks neater than the cardboard.

But JT, the cardboard goes to the bottom of the back window, then other pieces curl from the doors around the corners. Center back section is open, but can't be seen behind the stock seat. Later buckets would leave that visible, so either extend liner or be sure to paint.

I made my own cardboard stuff as required too. Use an upholstery board called 'waterproof backer board', black cardboard. I covered it with vinyl, warpiing it around the edges. Use 'high temp headliner spray adhesive' or it will come unstuck. I used the same technique on the door and toe panels. Deadens sound some, and leaves a more finished look than flat steel .
