Came home from work today and thought Id get some work done in what was supposed to be between storms. Turns out it wasn't and been raining off and on, but I was able to find something out.
My door latch problem is in the latch portion itself. The triangle part with the handle was a little part, but after I looked at it and payed with another latch outside the door... I replaced the triangle part with one with a stronger spring and with more shape to its plate. Its harder to get it into the locked position.
The latch itself seems like theres no indent between the open the door and lock the door. But replacing the triangle seemed to help it.
I was also addressing the window issues of the wing window not being where it exactly should be and the window not going up and down straight like it should.
Then it started raining hard and I hadda recover it. Gonna rain off and on today and all day Fri and Sat.
Forgot the sequence of removing and installing the window parts and got everything apart and in the door. Oh well, I can get it all fixed. Just gotta dry up
