Having never ventured outside of the U.S.A., I have only a limited knowlege of how things work in other countries. I have heard that the rules in countries located any further south than Arizona tend to be exact and permanent.
So does this mean that if you win the appeal that you don't pay high taxes on your trucks, and if you loose, you get to stand in front of a firing squad?
