Well I have been having problem with the lights working properly. After Vaughn came over, we discovered part of the problem, I corrected it, and added an inline fuse to the power in on the light switch. Hooked it all up and pop goes the fuse.

After a few hours I found a short in each cowl light. The metal clamps on the wire that held the loom in place crimped the wire and crushed the insulation. Replaced it all, then the ground on the drivers side was affecting it, long story short, I got everything working!! Just gotta get bulbs for the cab clearance lights. Then adjust the headlights. I remember seeing an adjustment schematic somewhere, I think I have it.

Tomorrow Ill try to tackle the leak at the front of the rear third member. Tried to get the nut off today, and its pretty stuck. Moves the truck every time I try to loosen it. Gotta have someone sit and apply the brake as I try to break it loose.

Got the front bumper mounted, painted it Rustoleum flat black. Left all the scratches and marks on it, kinda adds character I think.

Long day, I hate electrical!

Thanks
Nick
