Very nice, well built trailer, from the looks of it. However, you might be expecting to get way too much for what you have there. Good stout trailers, just like that one, or bigger, can be purchased for at least a thousand less everyday on Craigslist.
For example: I recently bought a very nice 20'+5'dovetail, gooseneck flatbed, tandem dual axles, 24,000gvw trailer, with fold-up ramps, for $4200.00. Needed nothing, was in perfect condition. I saw many similar, 14,000 GVW trailers for under $3,500.00.
Wish you all the best with your sale. However, if you want to move it pretty quickly, a price adjustment is probably in order.
