does not mean it was so
my guess is something was done, maybe more umph to handle the new load capacity and if so they probably were not intereseed in a shiny new motor look and just did what needed to be done and put everything back where it was
maybe when I check the compression I will get a better idea
still the brillant freeze plug sticks out like a sore thumb whether it means anything significant time may or may not tell
