are your dually wheels 750 rims or 900s?
if they are 750 rims then you probably have 489s which means the 750 is the proper tire to run and you can get those 14 and i believe 16 ply for a real load
maybe you could run 825 on those, but 900s on the 750 rims in not recommended and the 900s would hit each other before they bolted up to the hub
