I tried "everywhere" -- Tacoma Screw, Fasteners Inc, Fastenal... You would think it would be easy, but NOBODY has 12-28 screws. Lots of carbs use 12-24, 10-24, 10-32, etc, but this particular one (I'd have to look and see what make it is) used 12-28.
