...in the marine industry it's the same...usually barges are scraped. If I have a fleet of aging barges & I decide to sell them when I buy a new fleet...all of a sudden I have all this competition operating my equipment with low overhead because it maybe has a limited lifespan left, but it still comes back to haunt me.
I suspect that's their angle.
