I agree the channels would be the easy way to go, but I suspect they'll be too heavy. I'll get out my old AISC book and do some calculations, assuming 1/4 of the weight of the vehicle is applied at the center of the ramp, but I expect I'm going to need to make something a bit fancier and lighter. Angle irons cross-wise with the corners up are probably the easiest cross-pieces, but there might also be an issue with bending the track links when they're supported on a sharp edge like that.
