Nope. One thing or another. Mostly it was that we only had a few days this winter with enough snow on the ground in town to drive it on. I don't want to drive 2 miles on bare pavement to get to where they stop plowing the road. I've got to devise some ramps so I can get it up into the bed of the M35 to haul it. I don't have a trailer or a truck to pull a trailer, and I'd rather not have to try to turn a trailer around at the end of a snowy road anyway.

From the rear axle to the nose of thee front tracks is 13', and my truck bed is 12' long, so even if I let the back end of the rear tracks hang out, I need a bit of an extension on the bed to support it beneath the rear axles. I hauled one that way once with the tail gate as the support but it was hard to arrange. The bed is 4' high so I figure I need 9' ramps for a 1:2 slope. The good thing is if they are ladder-type ramps, the rungs can be pretty far apart because the tracks will span the gap. To make them light enough to handle, they'll need to be trusses of some sort, so it'll be a bit of a welding project. If I have a cut bank to back up to I could get by with wood planks, but I can't count on that. It's nuts to have 2 sno-cats all tuned up, re-wired, and ready to go and not be able to use them.
