No, as far as I know none of the trucks had the Aluminum 225 or 170. Only available in cars for a short time. GM and Chrysler (maybe Ford too) both experimented with aluminum blocks for a few years in the early 60s but economy was not the way of the era. big blocks and cheap gas were. GM sold the Buick version of the aluminum V8 to Land Rover and they have been running that engine ever since. one of the best designs in history
