Four yards of Sunbrella acrylic fabric at a garage sale for $5, plus 2/3 yard more for $20, and some miscellaneous, $55 for my new truck tarp. Sewed it on a Singer model 201, as old as the truck. A roller foot and a #18 needle really helped feed the #90 bonded polyester thread.

Made the hooks out of 1/8" stainless that I grained with the belt sander before cutting, bending and drilling. I mounted them low, so the bolts wouldn't protude into the bed area.

Add the $10 roll of Polypropylene rope from Home Depto, because the color goes good.
