just might have commented on the question
perhaps some do not know about Phil's Archives (or the other good / neat things)
on the Forum
a lot of people to not like to research or
spend time looking stuff up so they just take
the easy road and ask others which seems to
be the way most things are today
as a programmer would design, write, document
programs and write the users manuals but very
few would read - just rather call for support
but hey if they are paying for it ok
