Thanks, Tim. This was crazy. The bulb tested fine. The spotlight showed voltage at the wires that connect to the bulb. When I connected the bulb, no light. Anyway, after replacing the ground pigtail, cleaning all surfaces, and grumbling a lot, she works. Now I hope she works when mounted in the cab.
