..I don't haggle. I look at a guys price & if it interests me, I go look. If I think it's over priced, I tell him it's more than I can pay & if he lowers his price, give me a call.
Haggling is what we do in Mexico if we're looking for a poncho or some tire tread sandals...not trucks & trailers.
When I put a price on something I'm selling...that's what I will accept. If it proves to be not as in demand as I had assessed...I'll lower the price accordingly.
When I watch shows like American Pickers & Canadian Pickers...I literally have to change the channel it makes me so sick.
It doesn't matter what price the seller asks...they want it for less...unless it's already priced 80% too low.
Everyone wants a deal & there are lots out there but if you want a truck for $6K...don't look at trucks for sale for $10K!
That's my rant for the day..or one of them anyway :) :)
