The only rifle mount I'm familiar with is the kind that has a bracket on the floor and another bracket on the dash. It's a "universal" MV rifle mount. NOS units were pretty widely available a few years ago. I think I picked one up off of ebay pretty cheap.

On the other stuff, everybody wants a hard top, and door-mount tire carriers are scarce. They were only used on ambulances (the M37 spare mounts in the back) and most seem to have gotten thrown out over the years because they make it a real hassle to get in and out of the truck. They could have at least put it on the passenger side. With hard tops there are several options -- the original metal "arctic kit", an aftermarket fiberglass one that's still available, and converted M211 (?) cabs that have filler strips to make them fit right. They don't look too bad and you still see a lot of them around.
