Good point. Governments have everything to offer all they need is our vote.
Montana started charging us for a work permit last year. Their explanation is it will discourage outsiders from taking the Montana jobs. They make outsiders buy a little license plate to bolt on the truck. The residents didn't put much thought into that one. What if I wanted to hire local men? And if your equipment is there thru the end if the fiscal year it gets a property tax levied on it.
