Look at the very front part of the fender

In front of the headlights. See how the REO fender makes a straight line toward the point where the bumper and the frame rails meet? There is no cove cut out on the inside of the tire like most fenders from the 20s and early 30s. It is a desing feature that was kind of unique to REO in the early 30s.

Now, maybe this Dodge has a set of hand built or special militray fenders, or maybe they are '36-and-later style fenders that have been cut back for clearnace?
