I used a late model M37B transmission and when I went to install it I found that the outside diameter of the front bearing retainer was slightly larger than the Power Wagon. I just turned the diameter down to fit the bellhousing, I think I took off about .125 on the diameter. I don't remember why I changed the input shaft, maybe pilot bearing diameter. I did this 25 years ago so the details are a little fuzzy. But in either case it will bolt up with the bellhousing, just compare input shaft length and pilot with the PW shaft. Clutch spline may also be different but you could change disk.
