Send me your US Mail Address. I have a mint condition lockout bracket, I'll give you (Freebe). All my old iron uses cable shift for PTO/Winch.
The Lockout has many years of Patina ( but no pits) , If you want, I will run it thru my blast cabinet before I send it out. Let me know.
