Non-driving rear axle, box truck

A couple years ago I posted a picture of this truck, but now I have a better cell phone camera and thought I'd get a better shot of it. Unfortunatley it now has more junk piled around it.

The truck is not 4x4. It drives only from the front axle. The rear axle is a simple straight axle like a trailer. This gives a low loading height for the box for hauling pianos, safes or Rosie O'Donnell I suppose.

Anyone have a picture of one of these that has been restored or a nice original? Any idea what company did the conversion?
