The main plate is 5/16" plate, about 4" x 7". The top of the plate is level with the top of the transmission. The tab on top bolts to the center bolt in the to of the transmission, and holds the plate about 3" away from the side of the trans., to clear the filler plug. The rear of the plate is bolted to a bracket on the back of the transmission.
I determined the center of the opening in the transmission cover pan for the pto lever, for the pivot point on the main plate. The center of the pivot point is about 1" down from the top of the plate.
The lever pivots on a 3/8" bolt through the main plate, with two large washers spacing the lever away from the plate. A main nut with a jamb nut holds the lever on the pivot bolt.
A piece of 5/16" x 1 1/4" is welded at right angle to the bottom of the main lever.
I fabricated a clevis and a bolt for adjustment to make the connection between the main lever and the lever on the pto. It may vary on your pto, as to how you make up that connection.
