Yep, got it, didn't think of looking in it, been a while since I pulled it out of the book case.

However it states:

"... you'll find it helpful to look at the original interior, or your notes on the assembly sequence." AND "If you've kept the original panels, you can easily see where the overlaps occur by looking at the edges."

Well, I didn't have an original interior to remove or make notes from. Now it does say:

"In most cases, the lower panels are installed first, with the headliner panel overlapping slightly."

Now is this referring to the Kick/A-Pillar Panels only or the rear cab panels as well?

Seems to me, and based on searching Phil's archives and looking at a picture in Don's book, the cab back panels go on top of the headliner.

Also in his photo's the A-Pillar looks to have been installed after the Headliner, as it's on top as well.
