can you use a torch? or do you know someone who is very good with one,? if so that is the quickest. they come off from the back side. pull the seal out and you can see how they are put together. DO NOT get the hub too hot, nor cut into the hub it'sself. it does work, I've done it several times myself on my old 78. Good luck with it. Dave.
