my buddy from Montana Coffee traders, who has been buying coffee here for the last 20 years who has a project in Monteverde just told me that one of he Costa Rican partners has a 50 something ff garaged in good shape(very little rust and dents etc.), but has not run in 30 years, he asked him if he would sell it and got a firm NOOOOOOOO!!
According to the conversation they had it was the first vehicle to make it to Monteverde and was used to bring people and supplies up the very nast road to Monteverde
I know of 2 other similar situations here
I guess they are waiting for them to be worth
10 illion $
I am gonna have a look one of these days
