Needed: transfer case mounting brackets M37

I have a "some assembly required" M37. I find that the transfer case that was in the bed of the truck was for a Power Wagon and not and M37. I found the correct yokes for the input and outputs. Now I need the correct mounting brackets.
Can anyone help me out?
