28'? If you want to haul two PW's you better step up to 36'. My 22' hauls one PW and the golf cart just fine.
As for the enclosed, I've considered getting one in place of my 18+4, it would be nice to pull the truck out and set up camp and stay in the trailer rather than a hotel room.
