do you run a DOT compliant operation, i.e. carry + weight of rig over 10k lbs? It appears that a properly built trailer + 3500 dodge tow rig wouldn't let you carry a pw and be under the 10k. if you are over and run over with a dot# and insurance, i would build a trailer with 3 axles with oversize components - brakes, bearings & oil filled not grease filled axles.
