wow, sounds like my kind of junk yard and I would luv to check his truks and crane with the flatties

The dual carb and dual exhaust setup was removed and a single carb and single exhaust were installed. It is still 6 volts with a 5 speed trans, 3 speed Brownie and a 2 speed rearend. 20 inch tires and a 34 foot bed. Truck weighs 13,000 pounds empty. Power brake and manual steering. We once hauled his very large Cletrac bulldozer on it. No heater or radio. The truck is still used every week to haul car bodies to Oakland. The truck is gas powered and has no problem keeping up with semis on the freeway. It only gets about 3 miles to the gallon. Brian likes 1939 to 1947Dodge trucks and also has a few early Pymouth trucks. He has two 1940 Dodge trucks that he owned since the late 1950s and drives all the time. He recently got a very large Dodge tow truck that was used to tow buses and semi's. It has one of the large dual carb / dual exhaust motors in it. He also owns a large crane powered by a flathead Chrysler straight. Brain is in his 58th year in the auto wrecking trade doing nothing but old cars and trucks. If you look close at the picture of the truck, in the top right hand corner of the picture you will see a large metal fish that says bait on it. Goodnight all.
