It's been a while since I made one, next one will be closer in the space-time continuum. But IIRC, the holes are high/low from center? Fore/aft? Or something. But I didn't make the new part until the winch was mounted. Mine was off a bit, the Chinee re-pro didn't fit without grinding it. PITA fitting while in chassis.
Damien, can you make a sketch to share, if your winch is disassembled enough to get accurate dims?
I also drilled and tapped the holes for bigger bolt- 5/16? while I had the winch apart. And used grade 5, socket heads. Drill and safety wire would be good too.
