I saw a picture of a sweet 63 Dart on Ebay and spent 4 hours traveling to see it in person. The car was a pile of junk and the picture was taken at a very flattering time of day and angle. Pictures won't tell you of the bent frames, blown engines, rotten, smelly interiors, leaks, etc that you need to know about to make an informed decision. If you are expecting to pay for more than a pile of junk, check it out. Anything else is just legal gambeling - but - long as you realize the risk - go ahead, its a free country.
