Need info.- fluid for t-case and rears

I was surprised to find out that it fails to tell me in my books what type of fluid to put in the transfer case (Np203) and rears (Dana 44's) of my 78 PW 150? Do these both take gear oil, if so what weight? If someone could help me out it would be appreciated. Also, any suggestions as to higher quality fluids or something you prefer or have found to work better would be of help. Thanks in advance. John
