I'm in this process right now, I've gotten a 251 radiator from Dennis Sherman, which has a core about 2" further forward, plus a different steel bracket that replaces the cast bracket on the front of the chassis cross member to hold the radiator support bracket (which is also different between 230 - 251) as well as three sheet metal pieces that shift the grill forward about 2 inches to clear the radiator. If you have a winch, the chassis extensions are 2 inches longer, and the rear winch bracket is flat stock, not angle like the 230 (I'm not sure on this issue.) So, to sum up, I think you need the following:

1) 251 radiator
2) 251 radiator support bracket
3) 251 front cross member bracket (to support above item)
4) Front grill mount extensions (2 side, 1 top)
5) 251 front motor mount (below crank pulley)
6) longer chassis extensions (for winch)
7) Flat? stock rear winch support bracket

If I get around to finishing this, I'll post pics. Right now I'm caring for an ill wife, which I love even more that my PW's.

Rob
