Need parts for 1942 Dodge VC or WC 20

My friend has just bought a 1/2 Dogde WC 20
truck. Anyone have extra parts for the. We are rebuilding it to its WW 2 STANDARD. We are reenactors in the 99th Infantry Division
here in Erie,Pa.
The trucks needs the cargo bed. Were troop seats ever put in theses types of trucks.
Also possible both doors. The old ones will need allot of work.
