One of my neighbors addressed this problem by placing teflon strips between each leaf spring of his 1940's Ford Marmon-Harrington 4wd wagon. He claims it rides like a car now. I cannot verify this as I haven't ridden in his vehicle but I am planning on doing this on my own Power Wagon. The teflon strips used to be available in different widths from C W Moss, a supplier of antique Ford parts. Don't know if they make it in the exact width for a power wagon. Their website is www.cwmoss.com. The teflon strips were listed in their "32-47 Pickup, 32-48 Passenger" catalog which is not viewable on the website, but you can always call with the width of your Power Wagon leafs. Might cost a lot due to the number of leaf springs involved.
