Houston We Have A Problem

Just rebuilt the break system in my WM300 and when I got done i went to test them out they worked exelent but the truck seemed to drive diferent. Heres the problem start out in first, alls well. Shift to second still fine. Shift to third and it seem to bind up and the truck would come to a complete and ubrupt STOP and almost kills the motor. Once it bound up and it would not go forward or revers but finlly it freed up. I never drove this truck before becouse the breaks were out, but when I bought it we drove it on the trailer and drove fine.
