I was able to figure it out from the Mopar Dodge Power Wagon Parts Manual. It's in the back of the book.

Biggest problem you will run into is getting the screws out of the frame where it fastens the connectors. They will break as they are usually rusted in place. A bunch of WD40 and later some heat might help break them loose. You may have to end up retapping them for new screws.

Good frames are a rarity as they all rust out so easily.
