Dana 60 axle seal leak.

My son has a 01 2500 Dodge 4x4. front axle has been a real pain in the rear. The right side axle inner seal is leaking. We have replaced it 2 times. I even went and got the special tools needed to install them. Vent is open, axle shaft seal area is clean and smooth. The seals are factory Mopar. The second time we replaced it we went over all parts with a fine tooth ratchet. Still leaks. Any ideas?? Bill.
