I need to set up a site to post, I don't have the means of posting pics yet. But paying a little more attention to your pics than I have before, your channel, in picture 6 I'll speak of, the left side where the gasket goes, seems to be a tighter tolerance than mine, when I slide the gasket in, and get the lip of the gasket into the channel, as i move around the frame, it pops back out in previously installed places. Like the channel is wider than the gasket.
Ill see if I can get some good pics and get em posted
