I have a standard template that I use for the trucks. There are actually two, one for first series and another for second, Tell me which you want and I'll make a set for you. The templates are pine shelving. I also use them for correcting the bed as it is straightened, and for putting the flanges back on. Better than using the good stuff and marring it up.
